We understand that plans can change! If you need to adjust the date of your visit, you can easily modify your ticket reservation within 12 months of your original purchase date using our My Account Portal.
Here’s how to do it:
Access the My Account Portal
- Visit the portal by clicking the link in your order confirmation email or go directly to the Account Portal page here.
Log in with your order details. You’ll need the following information:
- Your order confirmation number
- The email address used at the time of purchase
If you don’t remember your confirmation number, you can still access your order by clicking the Recover Account option and enter the email address and phone number used during checkout.
Modify your reservation
Once logged in:
- Click on the ‘Booking Portal’ link
- Find the ticket you want to change and click ‘Modify’
- The system will show you available dates for your ticket type and how many times your ticket can still be changed
Confirm your new date:
Select your preferred date and follow the prompts to finalize your update. You’ll receive a new confirmation email once the change is complete.
Please note: Modifications are subject to availability and ticket type restrictions. Admission tickets and add-ons must be updated separately if purchased in different transactions.
